easy access to parks and vibrant city life
I truly enjoyed my stay here, especially for its easy access to Chapultepec Park, which is perfect for city strolls and relaxing surrounded by nature, and its proximity to the vibrant Zona Rosa, where there are trendy cafes and local eateries just around the corner.

Nice room size and clean. Great location near restaurants. Wi-Fi hardly works in rooms. AC control basic.

My room was super spacious and comfy, which made my stay really nice. The bed was great, and I had good pillows, so I slept well. The bathroom was clean and had a dryer. Internet worked perfectly, which was a big plus. Overall, it felt pretty cozy, just could have used a bit more soundproofing since I heard some noise outside occasionally.

Clean & spacious rooms make for a comfortable stay, although elevator issues and fluctuating water temperatures were bothersome. The friendly staff, especially in the restaurant where the food was delicious, added a nice touch to the visit, despite the internet issues faced during the stay.

The breakfast served in the beautiful patio was super tasty, and I loved the traditional vibe of the rooms, even if they could use a refresh. I would definitely stay again!

Had a cozy stay with a delicious breakfast served on the sunny patio! The leisure room was perfect for unwinding after a long day, and I enjoyed the little reading nook too. Only downside was the TV options were limited, so be prepared to catch up on your shows elsewhere. 😊

The Bristol offers an excellent location close to La Reforma Avenue, making it easy to access key attractions. The staff provided outstanding service, being friendly, attentive, and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great bed and excellent pillows, which contributed to a restful stay. Overall, for the price, I believe it’s a great option for business travelers.
The facilities feel dated and could use improvement.

The location is prime, just a block away from Reforma Avenue, making it easy to navigate the city. The spacious rooms, especially in the Superior Twin configuration, allow for comfort during your stay.
Elevators are painfully slow, only accommodating four people at a time—prepare for long waits after a tiring day. The beds feel as firm as a Wookiee's jaw, making for an uncomfortable night, particularly after a day out. Basic amenities like microwaves and refrigerators are MIA—really inconvenient if you want to keep snacks or leftovers. Noise travels too easily between rooms. forget privacy if your neighbor is running water or watching TV. The dining options aren't exciting. the restaurant lacks character and variety. The TV only plays content in Spanish, leaving non-Spanish speakers with slim pickings for entertainment.
